The CERF Equine Expressions© represents a partnership between humans and horses, directed toward the securing of a carefree retirement for racehorses that no longer have a role in the racing or breeding game. The artist is a thoroughbred of some stature and renown, assisted by a team of horse lovers who provide the paint, canvas, and motivation in the form of carrots, or horse treats, and the "critical eye" that determines when enough is enough.
